Sometimes running an internet based store can be a little frustrating. You don’t get to talk to your customers or hear about their needs, and it’s easy to feel out of touch. Sometimes, however the web really comes up trumps, and your realise that is a fabulous way to contact people all over the county, the state, the country and the world. It’s true, it really is a world wide web!
Our August bag sale has produced a lot of email, some commenting on the unusual bags we have to offer and others on the excellent price, while others kept us on our toes by pointing out that our shopping cart was trying to charge a really silly amount for shipping. Sorry about that, but you must admit we fixed it quickly, and our lovely unusual bags have been selling well ever since.
If you were unlucky enough to find your favourite sold out, don’t worry we’ll be getting more of these beautiful bags later in the year, along with some very business like envelope clutches which I know everyone is going to love!
So meantime, thanks so much for all the input, we hope you can see that we are reacting as quickly as we can to give you the great service you deserve. The sale is still on through the weekend, so keep on looking for those bargains. It may seem odd to buy evening bags in August, but in a couple of months when the new stock is in at new prices, you’ll be very glad you did!
